Definition of Spam

Spam is unsolicited communication such as an email or SMS sent without consent. Any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.

Message Recipient Policy

Before users start receiving any communication by Creamrole via email or SMS regarding advertising or promotions, they must provide their consent as per Creamrole Terms to receive the same. Any user may request at any time to be removed from this list, and Creamrole will comply the same request. In addition, Creamrole will thoroughly investigate any allegation/s (if any) is/are made by any user related to spam messages.

Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to Creamrole and its users. Creamrole policies are in line with protection of users’ privacy rights as a fundamental element of its business. Since personal privacy integrity is at the very core of its business, Creamrole success depends on its ability to maintain the trust of the people using it. To achieve the same, there are two overriding policies:

Advertising Policy

Creamrole makes sure that all messages promoting it are sent only to the real users who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any promotion using unsolicited messages. Personal Details Policy

Creamrole makes sure that information of each user is 100% safe & secured as well as whoever receives a message from www.jobsrabbit.com has an easy option within the message to unsubscribe from the list.

Examples of Spam

Any promotional or informational message that is sent to a user without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.

Any message that is sent to a user who signed up to the newsletter/s, but later unsubscribed from it, then that email is spam.

Any message that is sent to a user without a way to opt-out from the newsletter, is spam.

Any message that contains any false or misleading information is spam.

Changes To Spam Policy

Creamrole may amend this policy at any time by publishing a new version on this webpage or website.
