Definition of Spam

Spam is unsolicited communication such as an email or SMS sent without consent. Any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.

Message Recipient Policy

Before users start receiving any communication by Creamrole via email or SMS regarding advertising or promotions, they must provide their consent as per Creamrole Terms to receive the same. Any user may request at any time to be removed from this list, and Creamrole will comply the same request. In addition, Creamrole will thoroughly investigate any allegation/s (if any) is/are made by any user related to spam messages.

Any promotional or informational message that is sent to a user without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.

Any message that is sent to a user who signed up to the newsletter/s, but later unsubscribed from it, then that email is spam.

Any message that is sent to a user without a way to opt-out from the newsletter, is spam.

Any message that contains any false or misleading information is spam.
